1000th Gromor Retail Store Expands Farmer Outreach
Coromandel entered the agri-retail sector in 2007 with the “My Gromor” brand. Since then, the Gromor Retail Store network has become one of the largest in the country, now comprising 1000 outlets across five states.
This includes 766 Mana Gromor stores in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, 195 Namma Gromor in Karnataka, 23 Namadu Gromor in Tamil Nadu, and 16 Apla Gromor outlets in Maharashtra. Collectively, these stores serve over 3 million farmers, supported by a workforce of more than 5000 field professionals.
Gromor Retail Store: Technology-Enabled Farming Solutions
The Gromor Retail Store network is further supported by Coromandel’s MyGromor app, which has over 1 million users and contributes to 15% of store sales.
The app offers farm-specific advisory, product pricing, image-based pest and disease detection, doorstep delivery, and IoT-enabled solutions. Farmers also benefit from transparent pricing with automated invoices and SMS notifications.
Each store acts as a one-stop hub for farmers, offering a wide range of agri-inputs—fertilizers (bulk, specialty, and organic), crop protection products, biologicals, cattle feed, and farm implements.
